CLUB OF THE YEAR registration
Think your club has what it takes? Here’s how to get started:
- Make sure everyone in your club gets behind it. It’s how you’ll win Club of the Year.
- Get your members to register for our Supporter of the Year accolade. It’s a
prize worth winning, and someone will. - You don’t need to buy stock or bake a cake — we’ll supply everything. Once
you make a sale, we’ll dispatch everything to the purchaser. - Once you register, you will appear in the drop down arrows on the product pages. Share it wide and tag it on
your socials. - At checkout, every sale must include the three codes: supporter, club, and
sponsor. That’s how we track sales and points. - The more sales tagged with your Club, the closer you are to becoming Club of the Year.

What will my/our club receive?
We’ll take care of all merchandise deliveries, along with the management of stock and any fees associated with purchases. Shopify will track which merchandise sales or donations are made under your club’s details.
- For every sticker set sold, your group will receive $5.
- For every cap sold, your group will receive $15.
- For donations made to your club, you’ll receive 25% of the donation amount after online fees.
What is a Club?
The term “club” is used as an umbrella to cover many different types of group dynamics. A club may be a group, society, traditional club, or charitable trust. For the purpose of this fundraising, it must be connected to supporting grassroots riding.
You must be able to provide the following:
- Be not-for-profit
- Have a bank account in the club’s name
This ensures all participating organisations represent the grassroots riding community and can receive funds from the campaign.
